Our West Indies-style house and cottage are in a secluded part of this out-of-the-way island, which is part of the country of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The house and cottage offer private, contemporary and comfortable living quarters for individuals, couples or small groups. The house and cottage are very separate, with separate entrance gates and parking areas. From one unit, your can't see the other, and you wouldn't know if it were occupied or not. The varied and extensive landscaping provides this level of privacy. The pool is only for the use of the guests in the house, and is not visible from the cottage. The cottage has an outdoor hot-tub, nestled among the bouganvilleas and oleanders, very private. The beach, of course, is used by residents of both units. The house is 50 yards from the stairway to the beach, and the cottage is about 100 yards from those stairs. Both houses are oriented to the prevailing breezes coming from the Atlantic to the east. The house has air-conditioning in two bedrooms.
